What a Multi-Cultural Classroom We Have!! - Maths in Action ...

We did a survey of our class this week to see what countries the students come from. We collected this data and then displayed it on Miss Calvert's GIANT world map. It was amazing to see how many countries are represented in our little class. We discovered that we have students from nearly every continent - just not North America or Antarctica. One student even remarked that it's like our classroom is a mini world! Students then used this data to produce column graphs.
